Canon 5D mkIII: The Latest in the extremely popular line of Canon DSLRs, the 5D mkIII is an excellent little camera for a variety of situations. Upgrade from the mkII range from imaging improvements like noise reduction and increased low-light sensitivity to ergonomic ones like headphone jacks and HD output for better monitoring. The camera also features an improved codec and 60fps capabilities. When combined with the Magic Lantern hack, this camera can produce some tremendous RAW images that drastically increase dynamic range and color spacing in post. This camera is great as a crash cam, for getting high quality shots in tight spaces, as a B-cam when working with other Canon cameras, or even as a main camera on ultra-low budget work.
